Very happy for Kathleen Savio’s family. I am happy for Stacy’s family as well.

It is my opinion this Judge in this case truly disliked the prosecution from day one.
But the Prosecution did nothing to help it self either.
But they were playing from behind the entire time.
When Kathleen Savio was murdered it was first declared a “ accident.” So the crime scene was never worked the way it should have been.
There is a lot of evidence never discovered because the police never looked. They declared it an “accident” within the hour of being called. Drew Peterson was at the crime scene the entire time.
As one former police officer who testified stated “ he controlled the scene.”
Yes he controlled the scene. We now know he staged the scene.
IN the last two weeks the prosecution has done much better. They have put on some very powerful, believable witness’s and experts.
IT is interesting to know that Drew Peterson’s second wife testified at the grand jury that Drew on three different occasions held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her and make it look like an accident.
He told Kathleen the same thing.
He told Stacy the same thing.
I think wife no.2 knows she is lucky to be alive today. After being married to Drew.
The defense twice asked for the Judge to give a direct verdict. He denied them both times. The Judge even made the comment to the defense that “ a reasonable person could find Mr. Peterson guilty.”
The defense has been nothing but arrogant and obnoxious.
In Session interviewed a couple people who are familiar with the Stacy Peterson case, Drew’s 4th wife who is missing, who he murdered.
That stated that the Stacy Peterson case is a very active strong case and they believe Drew will be charged with Stacy’s murder regardless of the outcome of this case.
I truly hope this Jury is not a Casey Anthony jury and has some common sense.
I truly hope there is justice for Kathleen and Stacy.

Not a lot , some.
But I have mentioned my sister is an attorney and my brother in law a special agent with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
Things have gotten kind of turned up side down on our family in the last few weeks. My brother was in a very serious car accident and spent weeks at the U.W. Madison. My sister was in a car accident the same night as my brother. Her accident was within an hour of his. Hundreds of miles a part and they both are in traffic accidents within an hour of each other.
My sister hit a cement barrier and totaled her vehicle. She was very fortunate she had very few injuries. But the police who spoke with my mom said she was ” suicidal” and was being kept for observation.
Why would the police call my mom and not her husband you might ask? I did . I was shocked and very saddened by the answer.
Her husband, this cop he has always acted at though he was so much better than every one else. Who always tried to make us believe he was above it all. This so-called cop has been abusing my sister in different ways for years and it had escalated in recent months.
She has the pictures that shows the marks and bruises. We all knew he was a control freak. But my sister never said a word. She lived with the things he has said and done to her .
My sister who I had never saw being a door mat for anyone , had been her husbands for years.
I think I cried more for her , so sad for her. Then I did for my brother who had been in a vehicle accident and Med-Flighted. Because I knew my brother would be o.k. . Some very serious injuries but he would heal. He has a long road ahead of him but he will heal.
I asked my sister ” WHY did you not call the police? “ She called the police once and the officer called her a ” fxxxing bxtch” . Even though she could show them pictures. Because my brother-in-law is in law enforcement they protected him.
I asked my sister ” Why did you not report the officer for calling you a fxxx Bxtch “ that is not o.k. She got hysterical on me , and it was so very clear how scared she is.
Since this accident. She has filed for divorce. Her husband after months of refusing to leave and threatening her did move out.
She has changed the locks on the doors. She had the security codes changed on the alarm system they have. I wonder what my brother-in-law thinks of the main purpose of the alarm system is now to keep him out of the house.
She has changed her life insurance policy so her kids are listed as the beneficiary’s, not her husband.
We have since learned he would follow her, he had her followed, and he would go through her cell phones and check to see what she was doing on the computer.
I have had such a hard time understanding how my beautiful , very smart, kind sister could get her self into a relationship so toxic? I now know it escalated. IT was little things at first.
She felt guilty. He told her she caused the problems, it was her fault.
It just got out of hand and she just tried to get through each day. She was embarrassed by the situation She never thought she would be in this situation. She has handled divorce cases in the past that involved domestic violence. It was not supposed to happen to her.
It goes to show domestic violence happens at all economic levels and educational levels. That even the brightest women can be victims of domestic violence.
I talked with my sister a couple days ago and she is already starting to get some of her spunk back. My brother-in-law is not allowed on any part of her property. When he calls and starts yelling at her she hangs up on him. When the kids go to my brother in-laws the pick up and drop off is done in a public place or by a family friend. We talked for quite a long time and at one point she asked me ” Why are you crying? ” . I told her I could not even begin to explain how sad I am that she did not tell us.
I realize she told some co-workers. They had encouraged numerous times to report him. They saw the bruises and marks. But they also saw how scared she was.
I asked her why she did not tell us. She said ” Well xxxx has told me how stupid I am and how everything was my fault , I believed him.” My sister who is so smart, and educated believed him. It just made me cry more. I am so sad she went through this for the most part alone. That when she called the police for help , they blamed her.
What fueled my brother in laws rage most of the time? MONEY. Even though she makes twice as much as he does , he thought she should be making more. They have always had new vehicles, brand new huge house, private schools for the kids. YET no matter what she made her husband never thought she made enough. Even though she makes twice as much as he does.
She is on the way back to taking back her life. I have no doubt that she will once again become the strong, self-confident woman she had been.
She like my brother is healing and they both have long roads a head of them, but they will do it.
So george zimmerman he thinks his killing Trayvon was part of God’s plan.

First george zimmerman seems to feel he is superior to anyone who is not white. The only problem with that is HE IS NOT WHITE. He thinks he is. By his comments alone, and those interviewed by the D.A. and police several have come forward describing george as a racist.
He has also been described as a bully and an molester, molested a family member for years according to recent reports that were released.
george thinks this was god’s will, god’s plan that he shoot Trayvon. Really? What God does he worship? Not mine.
george should be very nervous. Two different cases in recent months have sent people to prison who tried to claim ” stand your ground.” The one case the woman was justified, her abusive husband came a knocking. She did not even shoot him , and she got sent to prison for twenty years.
The other is a Texas man who provoked his neighbors, much like george did to Trayvon. That was man was sentenced to 40 years.
george stalked, provoked Trayvon and now wants to play the victim.
Lock him up. He is a sociopath.
His story during this interview is different than what he first told police. So which story is true?
He belongs in prison for a long time.
IT DOES not matter what race either george or Trayvon are, the fact is george zimmerman provoked and then killed Trayvon Martin an unarmed kid. To prison he needs to go.
It’s to bad that Trayvon could not be interviewed.

George Zimmerman out on bond AGAIN?

But most know the damage is done. George and Shellie Zimmerman have been proven to be what they are , lying , deceitful people. George Zimmerman’s credibility is shot, gone, is no more, not that he had much to start with.
The fact the police did not believe him to begin with. Did you watch the video they made of zimmie’s explanation of what happened?
The problem with him doing this is he lied.
He either lied in the video or he lied in the first police reports. His story is different from in the first reports he gave police.
The doctor said in the medical reports, he had no injuries to the back of his head. NONE. He also refused to go to a specialist. He had minimal injuries.
Former co-workers have come forward talking about what a racist he is, and a BULLY.
There is a very good reason the police dept he applied to never hired him. He probably would never be able to get past the Psych. evaluation and they knew it. He is a narcissist dog. ( I apologize to all dogs out there.)
He should be worried.
Texas just sent a main to prison for 40 years who tried to claim ” stand your ground.”
How about the woman who claimed ” stand your ground.” after her ex-husband broke a restraining order and came to her house to beat her , just like he had done for years. She did not even shoot him, she shot into the ceiling and I believe she got 20 years. She should have shot him.
I have to question if she was white, would she be in prison now? I really doubt it.
Zimmie boy should be very worried.
The simple fact is you can not provoke an attack, and then claim self-defense.
Zimmie boy belongs in prison, and his wife stripped of what ever money remains from that defense fund, which more than likely there will not be any.

Drew Peterson Trial Date Set, Alleged Wife-Killer’s Trial Begins In July

About time. Glad to know Drew was locked up the this entire time. He is screwed, not that he should not be. But the courts have ruled the ” hearsay” evidence can indeed be used. AS it should be . Savio’s comments will be allowed. He really thought he would get a way with murder. He thought he was so smart. Wrong. Just an arrogant, evil person. Remember his fourth wife is also missing. I have no doubt he killed her. I think most who have followed this case know he killed her as well.. Just a very arrogant person.

Casey Anthony NOT Guilty?

H0w did they explain away the fact she did not report her missing her 31 days? HOW do you ignore that?
Justice was not served. It failed that beautiful little girl.
Sadly this woman will make thousands if not millions off her story.
I wonder if her lawyers are worried for her safety at all?
